Producer Notes: Simply irresistible! A masterful blend of all the most delicate and inviting notes offered by each of these four rare agave varieties. Harvested and distilled in 2016, the years of rest before bottling has lent a cool, mellow vibe to this high-octave ensamble. Once volatile sour notes of fresh distillation have rolled away with time, replaced by gentle but insistent waves of lavender, candied green apples, cherry, and sweet corn. Lingering notes of leather, linen, jasmine, and black pepper on the palate contrast and compound the spirit’s perfume.
