Producer Notes: Barrel aged gin has become increasingly popular. To craft our own iteration of this fascinating and under appreciated spirit, we take our award-winning Gin and rest it in one of our used spiced rum barrels.

All the spice notes which make our spiced rum so popular transforms the gin into a truly unique experience. The aging process imparts warm baking spice flavors with gentle citrus notes and a hint of dry vanilla. A slight apple cider note paired with a gentle vegetal blush accents the spice.
