West Cork, Irish IPA Cask Matured, Irish Whiskey (Ireland) 750ML

Producer Notes: A blend of grain (75%) and malt (25%) whiskey aged in first fill bourbon casks and then finished in casks that had held Black’s of Kinsale IPA. The result is an Irish Whiskey that is mildly hoppy with sweet undertones and a finish of roasted nuts, malt and sweet spices.

AROMA: Mildly hoppy with sweet undertones.

TASTE: Roasted nuts, malt and sweet spices.
