Producer Notes: Aged in 55-gallon new American oak for a minimum of 4 years before being blended with older bourbon and finally finished in Merlot and Chardonnay casks for 3 to 6 months. The barrels are washed with an aged brandy distilled by Long Island Spirits from grapes grown at the wineries.
