Distillery Tasting Notes: Rendezvous Rye, our flagship whiskey is now available as a seasonal and limited release that has evolved to include more of our own coveted High West pot still rye! Collect each year’s release to taste through the romantic and flavor nuances that we will leverage year to year to bring you unparalleled quality product!

CLASS & TYPE: A blend of straight rye whiskeys.

BLEND: A blend of straight rye whiskeys ranging in age from 4 to 7 years.

NOSE: Poached pear, bitter orange, ground ginger, lavender, wet sandalwood, tanned leather on a well-used wooden work bench.

TASTE: Persimmon, dried apricot, snickerdoodle, ginger chews, walnut sauce, spiced caramels in a cedar gift box.

FINISH: Cocoa nibs, allspice, toasted oak.

HOW TO DRINK: Great neat, with a little water or on the rocks. The high rye mash bill also makes Rendezvous Rye perfect in one of the classic cocktails made with rye, like a Manhattan, an Old Fashioned, or a Sazerac.
