Producer Notes: Our highlands agave is famous for being rich in sugars and with a unique terroir.

We only select agave that is planted near El Pandillo Distillery.

NOSE: Mint, freshly cut grass and dusty gravel after a summer rain. Lemon/lime zest, apricot and green apple.

FLAVOR: Flavor: Silky, oily, mouth filling agave with a nutty cinnamon cracker. Layered complexity of flavors hard to define.

FINISH: Nice aftertaste from the combined fruit, pepper and spice.
