Producer Notes: Handpicked and individually tested for optimal sweetness during harvest, our fully matured piñas are cooked to perfection, then crushed via roller mill for their sweet juices.
After a natural open fermentation lasting between six and eight days, the juice is twice-distilled and transferred to stainless steel vats for fifteen days to rest. Through this method, we preserve the characteristic notes of the purest and cleanest tequila, retaining the agave flavors we cherish so much. With every sip, you will taste the depth and flavor of our dedicated process!
