Producer Notes: Citrus peel on the nose followed by layers of soft vanilla. This crystal-clear spirit has the smooth, medium-light body and clean flavor profile of classic wheat vodka. We filter our vodka ten times using minimal charcoal to retain the character of locally sourced grain, while our fractional still ensures a superior clarity and sharply-focused structure.
