Producer Notes: This yellow corn bottling of Sierra Norte's whiskeys is arguably the best so far. It's bright and lively, with notes of lemon peel, vanilla, coriander seed, and hints of malt. The finish fades fairly quickly, leaving a light note of jasmine.
