Producer Notes: The one that inspired it all. Whiskey Del Bac Dorado is an American Single Malt whiskey with the true character of the American Southwest. Using the Scottish model of whisky-making, Dorado is made from 100% barley that is malted and smoked over a velvet mesquite fire, mashed, fermented, copper pot distilled, aged in the desert, and bottled on site. It is one of only a handful of American Single Malts that uses velvet mesquite in the US.

CVW&S CONFLUENCIA" CASK UNCUT - 2022:02 This is our first single malt PRIVATE SELECTION and damn...it's delicious. Only 64 bottles were produced of this UNCUT whiskey which registers in at 62% ALC | 124 PROOF. The noes is rich, yet decadent with cocoa, cinnamon, dried apricot and desert floor nuances. The palate is luscious with more chocolate, fresh pipe tobacco and spiced notes. The finish intensifies as lingering mesquite smoke hovers in your mouth. Not gonna lie; first sip is hot, second is pleasing, but the third is spiritually enlightening. This a must!!!
