Producer Notes: Single Malt Irish Whiskey patiently matured in first fill Bourbon casks & finished in Bodegas Baron sherry casks. Non chill filtered and no added colour.

AROMA: Dried prunes, fig, sherry and vanilla notes.

TASTE: Sweet at the beginning but then finishes dry with some spiciness present.
