SIGHT: Clean, bright and with a very good consistency.

NOSE:Smoky and earthy notes, followed by aromas of citrus fruits and herbaceous notes, very present lemon lime and mineral notes, sensation of humid earth and forest, extremely complex.

MOUTH: Friendly on the palate, warmth that envelops, with a strong, intense character and a silky attack (well-integrated alcohol). Herbal, smoky and mineral notes stand out.

SOTOL is not from agave, it is from sotol, a shrub of the Asparagaceae family that grows mainly in the desert.
