Producer Notes: A classic Barbaresco made with Nebbiolo grapes coming from vineyards in Treiso and Barbaresco. Garnet red with ruby reflections. Intense with pepper, chocolate and licorice aromas. Harmonious and velvety with soft tannins.

Suggested with savory dishes, grilled meats and cheese.

Wine Enthusiast, 93 Points: Red berry, pine forest, truffle and botanical herb aromas lead the nose. Linear and focused, the youthfully austere, racy palate shows sour cherry, star anise and orange zest framed in taut, fine-grained tannins that lend a drying close.

James Suckling, 92 Points: Smells like a flower bouquet with ripe-strawberry and cherry character, too. Medium to full body with round, creamy tannins and a juicy finish. Very fine tannins. Tension at the end.
