375ML- Trujillo Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 (Napa Valley, CA)

Producer Notes: The 2017 Trujillo Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon expresses tremendous depth, finesse, and stunning complexity. Forward bold aromatics of black cherry, darkcurrants are impressively concentrated with the complementing notes of cola, hints of sweet cedar, and livelyspice. As Cabernet Sauvignon defines this wine blend, the other four Bordeaux varietals contribute to its character, balance, and grace. The generous flavors of rich black currant, dark cherry and dark chocolate compliment the velvety richness, impeccable balance and a lingering finish. Sweet toasty vanilla and caramel spice area nice compliment added from the select French oak barrels in which this wine gracefully ages for 22 months. I would describe this 2017 Trujillo Napa Valley Cabernet as “great complexity of flavor with elegance."
