Producer Notes: The Estate Cabernet begins with a great depth of color and offers aromas of anise, black currants, sweet black plum, graphite and new suede with a subtle perfumed aroma of violets. The wine offers a full, up front palate of blue fruit, black raspberries, mocha, baking spice and wet stone. It is rich and powerful yet seamlessly balanced throughout its persistent finish.
