Behrens Family, Cemetery, Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 (Napa Valley, CA)

Producer Notes: The profound richness of this wine had us pretty floored. Purple black in color with garnet edges, the 2018 Cemetery exhibits aromatic notes of plum, blackberry and cinnamon. Firm integrated tannins lend body and depth to the structure, and a balanced acidity keeps it lively highlighting the nuances of licorice, espresso and boysenberry. This wine feels complete and moves with power and grace. Unfortunately, due to the loss of our 2019 and 2020 vintages, this will be the last bottling of Cemetery until the 2021 is available.
