Producer Notes: Our 2018 Merlot is aged for 16 months in French Oak Barrels. During the aging process this medium bodied wine develops hints of white pepper and cherry on the nose that transitions into a palate of cherry, cocoa, vanilla and a hint of cedar. This Merlot has chewy and light elegant finish.
