Well, his gut was spot on this time around for sure! The 2018 Blender Boy is a wine of great intensity and impressive balance. Woodsy notes of cedar and bark, meld with juicy blackberry and spiced plum flavors all wrapped in polished and well-integrated tannins, kept lively with pitch perfect acidity. Broad and lush on the finish, this wine is a fine example of what the exceptional 2018 vintage has to offer.
