Producer Notes: This traditional method brut sparkling wine combines estate-grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from our Honey B Vineyard in Carneros. The wine aged on the lees for 24 months before disgorgement, lending toasty autolytic notes that will continue to develop with further bottle age. Chardonnay contributes elegance, freshness, and delicate floral notes, complemented by the red fruit, structure, and body from Pinot Noir. This brut sparkling wine is crisp, dry, and refreshing, making it ideal for a myriad of food pairings while endlessly enjoyable on its own.
